Scott Pearlman, M.D.

Scott Pearlman, M.D., serves as Medical Director of VIPrivate Care, where he oversees all clinical services. He also serves as Medical Director for Prime and for Resolve Longevity services. Treatments at the clinic are given by licensed clinical staff under physician-authorized protocols that he oversees, and he keeps a medical office inside the VIPrivate Care facility. He is a board-certified physician licensed in New Jersey, and his practice centers on concierge medicine and longevity-focused primary care. His work covers advanced biomarker interpretation, hormone and metabolic optimization, peptide therapy protocols and biological age and healthspan assessment, as well as body composition and performance tracking, cancer and cardiovascular risk screening, recovery, inflammation and cellular health support, and aesthetic and regenerative wellness. The goal is one physician-guided plan rather than a set of separate treatments. His Resolve Longevity program and concierge memberships run separately from VIPrivate Care and Prime, and his medical services are billed through his own practice.
