Every visit starts with a consultation and a clear investment estimate before any service begins. A haircut includes a consultation, an Aveda shampoo with scalp massage, the cut, a blow-dry and guidance on styling at home. Haircuts are usually booked in one-hour blocks, and longer, thicker or very textured hair may need more time.
Specialty styling begins with a conversation about the outfit, the event, inspiration, hair texture and personal style. Formal occasion styling covers weddings, galas, proms, engagement photos, holiday events, professional photos and anniversaries. Clients can bring inspiration photos, hair accessories, veils or decorative pieces to work into a style, and can ask whether to arrive with clean dry hair or hair washed the day before, since preparation varies by style.
Color is planned around the client's goals, hair history and desired maintenance. Pricing is set by the service plan, time, product use, hair length and density, and stylist experience. A clear quote is given after consultation and before color begins, and a consultation may be required before a major transformation or color correction.
