Most visits start with a consultation. For color, extensions, smoothing and corrective work the consultation is free, about fifteen minutes in person or by phone, and you receive a quote before anything begins. Haircuts, blowouts and treatments can be booked without one, and services such as color with a cut can be combined in a single appointment. If you are unsure who to book, the front desk will match you with a stylist for the service you want.

Colour work uses Wella professional formulas, and the colourists have Wella training in balayage, foilayage, corrective colour and gloss treatments. Each client's formulas are stored on their profile, so a stylist covering for another can review what has been done before. Extensions are constructed from 100% Remy human hair, and the salon's extension specialists, who hold certifications in several methods, fit each set in person before an appointment is booked. The methods covered are tape-in, weft, K-tip, hand-tied, I-tip and clip-in.

Smoothing is offered with keratin and Brazilian Blowout systems. These reduce frizz and blow-dry time but do not straighten hair, so natural texture remains, and the salon says results last about two to three months depending on hair type and aftercare. Facial waxing covers brow, lip, chin and full face with hard wax, plus brow tinting, in a private room, with results lasting three to four weeks.

Starting prices are $63 for haircuts, $126 for color, $217 for balayage and $850 for extensions. Final cost depends on hair length, thickness and density, and the stylist, and for extensions it is set at the consultation.

Consultation first, with client color formulas tracked over time, and a standard the salon calls Mindful Kindness, which means treating each client the way that client would want to be treated.
