Services cover precision cuts, customized color, blonde, dimensional brunette, lived-in color, vivid color and alternative styles. Balayage and highlights can be chosen for a sun-kissed, dimensional look or for more overall brightness, and blonding ranges from retouches of new growth to all-over lightening followed by toner. Vivid color services include refreshes, lightening with color, and custom designs with detailed placements. Extensions are offered by consultation in the Babe and Bellami brands, with the application method chosen based on the length or density the client wants.

Before a first visit, a client fills out a virtual consultation form and uploads photos of their current hair and the look they want. The front desk then contacts them during business hours with pricing and availability. Full consultations with signed agreements take place before any chemical service. Every appointment carries a $20 deposit that is applied to the service on the day, and clients receive a text or email reminder two days ahead.

Cuts are priced by length and complexity, and every cut includes a wash and blowout. Clients who refer a friend who sees the same stylist may each receive $20 off a purchase of services or products of $50 or more. Concerns about a service should be raised with a salon coordinator within seven days, and adjustments are made at no cost within one week of the service. No refunds are issued on salon services.
