The salon's aim is for every service to feel like a positive experience for the client. Services are grouped into color, haircuts, and treatments and styling, which include blowouts, iron work, shine treatments and keratriplex treatments. Free in-person consultations are available during business hours. Listed prices are starting points, and the final cost depends on the complexity of the service and the stylist.

Chemical services and all new clients need a credit card on file to hold an appointment. Chemical services over $100 carry a non-refundable $50 deposit that is credited toward the service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the deposit, and a fee of 50 percent of the service may apply at a manager's discretion. A no-show is charged the full service price. Late arrivals may be given a 10 to 15 minute window depending on the stylist and service. No refunds are given for services, though minor adjustments are complimentary within 7 days, subject to manager approval. Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year after purchase. Booth rental is available for stylists.

Salon hours are Tuesday through Sunday, 10am to 5pm, and the salon is closed on Mondays. Lash services keep their own hours, Tuesday through Friday from 12pm to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm.
