Hair services run from color and highlights to cuts, blowouts and styling. The color menu includes toners and glosses, root touch-ups and retouches, tints, full and partial highlights, balayage, reverse balayage, color correction and a deluxe blonding package. Cuts cover women's, men's and children's haircuts, plus a silk press. Treatments include a personalized Malibu C conditioning service and a Brazilian Blowout, which is a smoothing frizz treatment rather than permanent straightening. Wig installation and hair extensions are also offered.

The salon offers makeup in several formats: a 20-minute express application, private sessions, special-effects and stage makeup, face painting, one-on-one lessons, and a Hollywood Express package that combines a shampoo, conditioner and blow-dry with an express makeup application. According to the salon, its makeup work has built a reputation among celebrity clients, screen and stage performers, international pageants and nonprofit groups. Wedding and event hair and makeup is handled by the Vanity Bridal team, and glam appointments can take place at a client's location or at the studio. Lash extensions are done by Gladys Gomez, and custom tattoo work is available through the Vanity Ink line.

Booking is by appointment only, online through GlossGenius, and clients are asked to check stylist availability since no regular salon hours are listed. A complimentary 30-minute consultation is booked separately from services. Redo and correction work is done at no charge. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations for hairstyling and private makeup sessions are charged a 50% service fee. Digital gift cards come in $50, $100, $200 and $500 amounts and are delivered by email.
