Every appointment starts with a plan shaped around the client's hair goals, daily routine and how much upkeep they want to do. Services include home-care guidance so clients can keep their hair in good shape between visits. For new clients, a consultation is available for $50 and lasts about 30 minutes; it is an in-person meeting to understand the hair before booking anything longer.

Pricing is hourly rather than a menu of add-ons, so the quoted rate covers the stylist's full time and there are no upgrade charges. The salon does not add a gratuity to bills. Every service includes a blow-dry or a natural texture style, except a dry haircut, which the salon does not recommend for new clients.

The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM. It is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Bookings are made through an online system, and the salon says it never double books and gives each client one-on-one attention. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
