Color services start with a consultation, which can be done in person or by phone. Color prices include a set number of bowls of product, and extra bowls are charged separately. Deposits range from $10 to $100 depending on the service, and an appointment cancelled inside a 24-hour window without notice is charged 60% of its cost.

Curly cut visits include a customized cut, a wash and styling, with tips and product suggestions for keeping curls at home. Returning clients who have had a curly cut here before can book the express haircut, which is for the cut only and requires hair to arrive product free and fully detangled; extra detangling time carries a $20 fee. The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, and is closed on Tuesdays.
