The business began in a suite in Webster, outgrew it within about ten months, later operated from a bungalow in Seabrook for two years, and then moved to its current location.

New guests booking color must first book a virtual or in-person color consultation, and pricing is set for the agreed services and varies by stylist and by hair length, density and condition. Clients who have not chosen a stylist can be paired with one by the salon. The salon hand-selects the hair and skin care products it carries and gives product guidance before clients leave. New clients pay a non-refundable 20% service deposit that goes toward the appointment, and a credit or debit card is kept on file to secure bookings.

Extensions are offered in human hair or synthetic fibers. The salon's own weft extensions come in Genius, hand-tied and butterfly styles, and the salon says they can be reused and reinstalled for eight to twelve months. Other options include Riot & Mane extensions, keratin K-Tip extensions bonded with heat, tape-in wefts, and I-Tip extensions attached with crimped beads, which the salon says last three to six months and need regular touch-ups. Toppers, men's toupee install, maintenance and consultation are also offered, and private hair replacement consultations are available on request. The salon describes itself as a leader in hair extensions and hair replacement.

Weddings and events begin with an online consultation requested by email, and pricing is customized to each occasion; bridal and event services can also be requested through an event inquiry form. Payment plans through Cherry, a third-party provider, are offered with 0% APR options subject to eligibility. Appointments are cancelled without the new-client deposit. Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 48 hours notice is charged 30% or 50% of the service cost, a no-call, no-show is charged the full cost, and service concerns must be raised within 48 hours since services are not refunded. Trained service animals are welcome, but guests may not accompany clients because space and seating are limited, and children are only allowed when they are being serviced. The salon is closed on Mondays, open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm, Wednesday from noon to 7:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
