The hair menu covers cuts and styling for adults and for children ages 6 to 12, color from partial and full highlights to balayage, freehand artistry and color correction, and chemical services including relaxers and Brazilian Blowout smoothing. Extensions are offered through Beaded Row, I-tip, K-tip and tape-in methods, and V-light is listed as another option.

Several services carry booking conditions. A consultation fee is applied to the next service if that service is booked within two weeks. New clients pay a deposit for bridal styling, formal and media styling, on-location media hair, wedding and special event makeup, makeup with lashes and on-location media makeup, and on-location media makeup also requires a contract and an on-location fee. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 50 percent fee, decided case by case.
