Hair loss work covers fine and thinning hair, hair loss linked to chemotherapy or radiation, alopecia, trichotillomania, trauma or burn-related loss, telogen effluvium, hormonal thinning and androgenetic alopecia. Clients with damaged hair or breakage are also served. Hair loss clients start with a complimentary private consultation that reviews scalp and hair health along with restoration options. Scalp micropigmentation also begins with a consultation and is offered for alopecia, thinning hair, scars and complete baldness.

The salon's everyday menu includes women's, men's and children's haircuts, shampoo and style, special occasion styling, and color services such as glosses, foils, single and double process color, balayage, highlights and creative color.
