Services begin with a consultation that covers hair needs, daily lifestyle, personality and the look a client wants, and color and cutting are planned around those answers. The salon describes its results as tailored to each client rather than standardized.

The color menu is broad. It includes global vivid shades, multidimensional vivid blends of three to six colors, highlight packages, hand-painted balayage, dimensional color melts, root touch-ups, global platinum lightening and color correction for hair that has been colored before. A ten-minute express color is available for the hairline, part line and gray coverage.

Beyond color, the salon offers precision cutting, blow dries and deluxe styling, event styling for occasions such as prom, homecoming and nights out, and hair extension installs and maintenance. Brow tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts and tints, and facial waxing are also listed, along with relaxers and conditioning and smoothing treatments.
