Visits typically start with a free 30-minute consultation, where the esthetician builds a customized step-by-step treatment plan and a product plan. Facials are tailored to each client's skin, so the steps can vary, with options such as dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, extractions, red or blue light therapy, oxygen therapy, and finishing products.

Facials come in 45-minute, 60-minute and 90-minute versions. The 60- and 90-minute facials can include a face, neck and chest treatment, custom enzymes and masks, and a head, neck and shoulder massage, with the 90-minute option allowing more massage time. A back facial can be booked on its own or added to a facial. To add one, clients book two back-to-back 60-minute customized facials, and the salon asks clients to inquire if a back-to-back time is not available.

Skin treatments include a one-hour microneedling session that creates micro-injuries in the skin, with face, neck and chest work, dermaplaning, red light therapy and aftercare. Brow and lash services include brow tattoos, which take about three hours, are custom mapped to the face and color matched to client preferences, and include aftercare. Brow tattoo pricing differs for first-time clients and cover-ups. Lash lifts, brow lamination and brow or lash tints are one-hour or shorter services. Clients booking both a brow and a lash tint are asked to book only one appointment. Waxing for face and body starts at $15 and takes at least 15 minutes.
