A first visit begins with a consultation to assess skin and talk through goals, followed by recommended options. A complimentary 30-minute Skin Assessment includes a free Aura 3D Face Scan, which evaluates pigmentation, sun damage, fine lines, wrinkles, pore size, redness, texture and hydration, along with personalized recommendations. Acne Boot Camp is a personalized acne plan that also opens with a complimentary consultation, an Aura scan and customized skincare guidance. Facials range from the one-hour Dermaplane Facial at $100 and the Touch Advanced Custom Facial at $150 to the Hydro Glacē Facial at $200, which combines hydrodermabrasion, dual-mode cupping massage, LED light and a two-phase customizable serum system, and the PicoWay Glass Skin Facial at $500. Chemical peels are $150 each and take 30 minutes: BioRePeel in Gold for the body, Blue for the face and Rose for the intimate area, plus a Custom Pigment Peel and a GlyMed+ Pigment Peel.

Laser hair removal costs $100 for any area or $800 for a package of eight sessions in any area, and is offered for the face, legs, arms and bikini line. A free in-office consultation is available. Laser tattoo removal, permanent eyebrow removal, SMP removal, and birthmark and sunspot removal use the Candela PicoWay laser, with tattoo and birthmark and sunspot work priced by size from extra small to extra large. The business states that complete tattoo removal cannot be guaranteed, since results depend on ink colors, tattoo size, location, age and skin type. Body contouring uses the Lumenis Legend Pro system, which delivers fractional radiofrequency energy into the skin.

Arizona law requires a Good Faith Exam for all laser services. It is valid for one year and costs $20 a year, collected in office, and it is waived with a laser package or VIP membership. Laser clients should avoid tanning of any kind, including spray tanning, for three weeks before and after treatment, and shave the night before. They also need to be cancer free for at least one year, have no autoimmune disorders, not be taking sun-sensitive antibiotics or medications, and have been free from Accutane for one year. Tattoo removal clients cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.

All services require a $50 non-refundable deposit. Up to two cancellations under 24 hours can be rescheduled, and a no-call/no-show carries a $50 fee and requires same-day scheduling for future appointments. Packages bundle popular treatments and memberships include benefits and discounts, including a VIP membership.
