Appointments are private and one-on-one, and the salon is open every day from 8 AM to 8 PM. The visit begins with a free consultation with no commitment, in which hair density, texture and condition are assessed and the extension options are discussed, including fusion, tape-in and weft. The consultation fee can be applied toward an extension service when it is booked within a set window. Food and beverages are provided during appointments, and clients receive a home-care guide after installation tailored to their method and hair type. Full installations typically take four to eight hours, while tape-in application takes about 60 to 90 minutes. Nano bond installation takes approximately three to four hours for a full head, and the salon lists full installations at $2,000 to $5,000 or more, with maintenance visits typically between $300 and $800.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers color with a consultation to choose the plan and tone for the client's hair and skin, including blonde color, balayage, ombre and color correction. Cuts and styling include women's and men's haircuts, blowouts, shampoo with a pro blowout, and bridal styling and updos. Keratin smoothing treatments, Olaplex bond repair and deep conditioning are also offered, and the salon provides hair toppers and V-Light density fill for mild to moderate thinning. Bridal hair extensions are a specialty, with consultations usually booked three to six months before the wedding and installations two to four weeks before.

Reservations can be made by phone, by email, or through the online booking system, which requires a valid credit or debit card. Extensions, heavy blonding and color correction may call for a deposit that cannot be returned, or for payment in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service estimate, with a $100 minimum; same-day cancellations are charged 75% of the estimate, and a no-show is charged the full 100%. Services already performed cannot be refunded. Adjustments need to be booked within seven days of the original appointment and depend on availability. Underground parking is included. The salon is on the Sunset Strip, between Sunset Plaza and the Chateau Marmont.

The salon chooses the extension method based on the client's hair rather than a single brand, and prioritizes the health of natural hair. Hair density, texture and condition are assessed at consultation, and clients whose hair needs recovery time may be advised to wait before extensions.
