Haircutting and styling covers blowouts, cut and blowout, barbering, special occasion styling, keratin and straightening, and extensions. Color work includes base tints, partial and full highlights, toner or gloss, blonding, balayage, color correction, virgin bleach and tone, and bleach and tone retouch. The salon also works on short hairstyles, low-maintenance cuts, barbered fades and gray coverage.
Services are customized for each client and charged a la carte. Glosses, bases, root shadows and blowouts added to highlights are booked as separate services. Consultations can be booked online and are recommended, including virtual ones before a color visit. Listed prices are starting points that can change with a client's requests and hair needs, and wedding, special occasion and house call pricing is quoted on request.
Society Academy, the training space in West Hollywood, offers services at reduced Academy pricing. They are performed by a dedicated assistant stylist and checked by an expert educator before the guest leaves. Academy haircuts take about two to three hours and color services about three to eight hours. Color corrections, platinum blonde and major transformations need a consultation first. Hair model appointments under the Be a Hair Model program run at model rates and move more slowly, performed by an artist in training and guided by educators.
The salon is a certified green salon through its Green Circle partnership, recycling up to 95% of its waste, and adds a $3 eco fee to each ticket.
