The studio says it wants to be a comfortable, inclusive space where clients leave feeling empowered and confident, and it promotes body positivity. Free parking is open along Buena Vista Street. The studio has no elevator, so the second-floor location is reached by stairs.

The waxing menu ranges from quick touch-ups such as chin, nose and sideburns to full face, underarm, bikini and full Brazilian appointments. A Brazilian covers as much of the front as the client wants and includes a butt strip. Brazilian and bikini line waxes need at least two weeks of hair growth first.

Brow services include waxing, tweezing, tinting and lip or chin add-ons. Brow Wax, Brow Wax + Tint, Brow + Lip and Brow + Lip + Chin are reserved for returning clients. Lash services include a Korean lash lift, a semi-permanent lift and curl, and a Yumi lift, a gentle keratin treatment that is paraben free, hypoallergenic and vegan. Clients are asked to come in without makeup or contact lenses; the studio provides contact solution for storing lenses. Lashes should stay dry for 24 hours after a lift. A Lash Lift Reversal is offered for clients who had a lift elsewhere and need their lashes relaxed, and includes a deep conditioning treatment.

Booking policies: cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window are charged 70% of the service total, which is non-transferable and not applied as credit. In-person bookings can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later for totals from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and are final sale. The studio is open Tuesday from 12 PM to 5:30 PM, Thursday and Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 1:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
