Facials are the core of the menu. Options run from a basic facial aimed at teens to a custom facial, a two-person booking, and an all-in-one visit of about an hour and a half that adds lymphatic massage, LED light therapy and a head, neck, shoulder and foot massage. A Signature Chemical Peel includes a consultation to choose a peel and a home kit, and a Medium Dew or Dew a New Face peel requires a No Peel session to be booked first. HydraDew oxygen facials come in a standard version and an acne-focused one. The Cycle Sync Facial adjusts services to each phase of the client's cycle and includes LED light and a cycle-matched herbal tea. New clients start with a 45-minute consultation and routine curation, and the $100 fee is credited toward any products taken home.

Procell Microchanneling is the spa's rejuvenation treatment, designed for fine lines, texture, pigmentation, acne scarring and firmness. It creates microchannels with a vertical stamping motion rather than the rolling or dragging used in traditional microneedling, and a Procell serum with peptides, growth factors and cytokines is applied during the session. The spa says it offers less downtime and more results than other treatments; downtime is about 90 minutes. It recommends two to three sessions for lighter concerns and four to six for more pronounced ones, and a provider sets the plan.

Body care includes skin tag removal with electrocautery, priced per treatment area and varying with the number of tags, a Vajacial add-on for after waxing, and an exfoliating back facial. Lash and brow services include lash lamination with tint, a three-step Korean lash lift, brow lamination, brow waxing and tint, and combined lash and brow options. Waxing has hair-length guidelines: underarms need about two weeks of growth and no shaving beforehand, bikini waxing needs rice-length hair, and Brazilian waxing needs grain-size hair. Swimming, workouts and saunas are off the table for one to two days afterward, depending on the service.

Three monthly memberships run on subscriptions. Dewy Skin Club is $95 a month on a three-month term and includes a 60-minute facial and a free add-on each month. Dewy Glow is $125 a month and includes a 75-minute facial and a complimentary add-on. DewyPro is $150 a month with a three-month commitment and includes a 75-minute HydraDew facial each month. Members get 15% off products, Glow and Club members also get 15% off services, and DewyPro members receive complimentary chemical peels in their facials and one head spa combo a year. The online shop carries Dewy-branded skincare, body care, tools, apparel and gift cards, plus Tizo sunscreens, with free shipping on orders over $40. Appointments can be booked online through a Square booking page.
