Brow services include lamination, which starts at $80 and takes an hour or more, plus clean-ups, natural tints without wax, and eyebrow mapping combined with waxing. A defined tint is offered for sparse brows, and the mapping, wax and defined tint service uses a bolder, longer-lasting color. Lash services include a lash lift at $90, which takes 90 minutes and includes a lash cleanse, a free lash tint and a regeneration mask. A lift and lami combo starts at $160, takes 165 minutes or more, and includes a complimentary lash tint, saving $10 compared with booking the services separately.

Waxing covers arms, legs, back, stomach, underarms, glutes and the full face, along with several Brazilian and bikini options. The Brazilian wax covers the entire pubic region, including between the cheeks, and a shape or strip can be kept if the client wants one. Before a wax, hair should be about three-quarters of an inch long and should not be trimmed. Clients are asked to stop retinol and Retin-A at least two weeks ahead and to avoid caffeine and exfoliating for 24 to 48 hours around the appointment. Late arrivals get a five-minute grace period for services of 30 minutes or less and ten minutes for longer ones. A card must be kept on file for every appointment, and cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a charge.

Clients get clear preparation guidance before waxing and lash services, and the studio sets out its booking and cancellation terms in advance.
