Color work is the core of the menu, with glosses and toners, single process color, highlights, blonding, balayage, creative color, and all-day sessions. Haircuts cover bang and beard trims, undercuts, buzz cuts, clipper cuts and fades, and short through medium-to-long cuts. Other services include eyebrow shaping, flat iron and curls, shampoo blowouts, conditioning treatments, formal styles, and hair extensions. Prices are the same regardless of gender and depend on hair length and the look wanted, and they may rise for thick or long hair.

Before a first color service, clients book a free consultation of about 15 minutes, which can usually be arranged within the week. Hair extensions and all color services also need a consultation before booking. For on-site pampering, including wedding services, clients arrange a consultation first.

Booking runs on a few set rules. Color and extension appointments need 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and haircuts and other services need 24 hours. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may be rescheduled with a 30% fee, and no-shows are charged 30% and blacklisted. Text is the easiest way to reach the salon, since calls and voicemails are rarely answered during business hours. Appointments outside regular hours are sometimes possible for an extra fee. The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 11am to 7pm, Thursday from 2pm to 7pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. There is a free parking lot behind the building, and street meters are nearby.
