Willow Room Collective

Willow Room Collective is a hair and wellness salon at 15810 Detroit Road in Lakewood, Ohio, established in 2011. Founder Casey Lewis started the salon, and the team is described as a collective of artists varied in skill and lived experience.

Wellness work includes Somatic Salon Sessions, which bring gentle hair brushing, crystal combing, scalp massage and Reiki into hair care. Ayurvedic counseling and integrative bodywork are offered through Ava Leben Ayurveda, which is located within the salon, along with Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage Facial Massage and nail art.

Booking is by appointment and online through Vagaro, and stylists are available seven days a week. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice. A credit card is held on file to secure a booking, and the full service price can be charged for late cancellations or no-shows, though last-minute changes due to illness are not charged. Refunds are not offered, but adjustments can be discussed within a week of the first session. Payment plans are available through Vagaro Pay Later.

Street parking is available in front of the building and along Brockley and Summit. Rented spaces in the lot behind the building are reached from Brockley Road. The salon is not fully accessible because the shampoo bowls and restroom are up a small flight of stairs, though a portable shampoo bowl can be moved to the stylist's station during a session.
