Velvet Moon Salon operates from a single location on West Greenfield Avenue in West Allis. The salon describes itself as a community of artists committed to high-quality services and a relaxing experience.
Each artist sets their own schedule, and availability is shown on each artist's calendar, so clients book directly with the artist they choose. Reiki sessions are not listed as a menu item but can be requested through the salon's booking form.
Some house rules shape a visit. Guests who come along are asked to wait in the lounge. Children are not allowed in the salon because of the services offered, so a parent who must bring a child should contact the salon first. Pets are not permitted, and vaping is not allowed inside.
Timing matters here. An appointment that arrives 15 or more minutes late is rescheduled and counted as missed, with no extra time added, and a late arrival is not charged as a mini fill. A no-show is charged a 50% attendance fee of the scheduled service. The salon also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
