Brow services range from a quick maintenance wax for existing clients, booked within 20 days of the previous visit, to a signature design that shapes brows to the natural arch and adds a hybrid tint over about 45 minutes. Brow lamination restructures natural brows for a fuller, sleek look, and its maintenance visit is booked three to four weeks after the first treatment. For lashes, one option is a lift and tint with a vitamin mask that works on natural lashes without extensions, and another is a top and bottom lash lift, which the salon says lasts about six to eight weeks, finished with a nourishing lash mask.

The facial menu is the largest part of the offering. First-time guests must book the First Time Facial before any other facial. Other options include a Teen Facial for ages 13 to 18, a Gentlemen Facial designed for men's skin with a deep cleanse, exfoliation and extractions, and the Hydrodeluxe Facial, which combines hydrodermabrasion, radiofrequency, ultrasound, oxygen infusion and PPP and is customized to skin needs, with exfoliation done by dermaplaning or an enzymatic method. Other resurfacing and exfoliation services include microdermabrasion with a diamond tip wand, dermaplaning, a Double Peel Facial, and Chemical Peel Level 1 and Level 2, which require a consultation arranged by phone. Microneedling (collagen induction therapy) and Nano-Infusion Therapy, which creates micro-channels in the outer skin to help active ingredients absorb, are also offered.

Clients are asked to stop retinol, Retin-A, and AHA or BHA products for seven days before an appointment. All sales are final, so there are no returns, exchanges or refunds once payment is made for a product or service. The Face Reality Bootcamp is a beginner acne routine that begins with a one-on-one consultation, with clients returning every two to three weeks; the Face Reality Follow Up Treatment is only for clients active on the bootcamp.
