Vanity Vibes Jax operates from a private home studio off Kernan Boulevard and Atlantic Boulevard in Jacksonville, FL 32246. The building and loft number are sent when a client books. Hours run Monday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, with Sundays closed.

Services are grouped under brows, lashes and waxing. The lash menu includes UV lash extensions, which use a fast-curing adhesive; the studio says they last four to six weeks with proper care and recommends fills every two to three weeks. Custom lash extensions, lash lifts and lash tints are also offered, and a Lash Aftercare Kit is sold in the online shop. Brow options are brow lamination, brow tinting and brow waxing, and full-body waxing is available.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled total and no-shows 100%. A 15-minute grace period applies, and later arrivals may be canceled and charged as no-shows. Group and bridal bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit, and custom packages are offered for bridal parties, events and groups. Services are non-refundable, though appointments can be adjusted within 48 hours of booking without penalty. Payment can be made online at booking or at the appointment. Appointments are for booked clients only unless a guest is discussed in advance.
