Studio hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. The studio is closed on Sunday and Monday. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50 percent of the service. Clients who cancel or no-show within 24 hours must pay for their next services in full when they rebook. A full set requires a $50 deposit, and gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.

Lash work is the core of the menu. Lash lifts shape natural lashes to a rod and set a curl that lasts four to six weeks, and clients should wait at least four weeks between lifts. Refills begin with a lash bath and removal of outgrown extensions, then fill in missing lashes. A full set takes about 150 minutes and starts with a consultation to plan length, style and thickness. Each set comes with a cleansing kit to take home. New clients, and anyone with a past reaction, start with a 20-minute consultation and allergy test, booked at least 24 hours before a full set. Clients coming from another stylist or salon need a removal followed by a full set.

Brow services include tinting with a plant-based tint in a chosen color, a henna-based stain that lasts four to six weeks, and lamination for brows that need help staying in place. Color add-ons for lashes range from a small pop of color to a more dramatic look. The portfolio shows volume, glitter, cat eye, hybrid and open eye sets. Skin care is limited to dermaplaning, which the business says helps with dullness and wrinkles, and waxing covers nose, lip, brow and full face areas.

The studio aims to keep natural lashes healthy while creating the look each client wants, and to give clients a relaxed space to unwind or chat.
