Brow services include tinting, tinting combined with waxing, and lamination. Lash services include tinting and lifting. Permanent makeup for brows includes a 6-8 week touch-up, a yearly touch-up, ombre or powder brows, and brow tattoo correction. Prior microblading or permanent makeup done by another esthetician is treated as a corrective service, however long ago it was done.

Waxing covers the face, body and limbs, from small areas such as lips and ears to full arms and full legs, and is offered for all genders. Gift cards are available.

Appointments are made online: after agreeing to the booking policies, guests select their services and pick a time. On arrival, guests send a text or make a phone call to check in. The studio serves one client at a time, so children, companions and other visitors are not permitted to join an appointment. Some treatments call for a liability waiver; the booking flow prompts guests to sign it, and it is delivered by text. For waxing, tinting and lash appointments, cancellations submitted earlier than 24 hours before the start time can go through the booking link, by phone, by text or by email; a cancellation inside that window forfeits 30% of the service price. Ombre brow bookings can be cancelled up to seven days beforehand, but a non-refundable deposit is required to secure them, and cancelling on shorter notice means paying the full amount before rescheduling. Anyone who does not call ahead or fails to attend is barred from using the online booking system.
