Booking requires a non-refundable fee that goes toward the service, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. On arrival, clients are asked to text their technician and to come without makeup on the lashes or eye area; oil-free makeup remover is provided if needed. Phones are set to silent once the appointment begins.

Lash sets come in four styles, from Classic to Mega Volume, with matching refills. Other services include a lash lift with tint, eyebrow tinting with or without waxing, eyebrow lamination, several facial waxing options, and lash removal.
