Valerie Phoenixx Salon

Valerie Phoenixx Salon is a solo studio run by owner Valerie Phoenixx, located in Suite 11 inside Salons by JC, just north of University Village in Seattle. Rather than an open salon floor, the work takes place in a private suite that the owner built by hand.

Services are by appointment only, booked online or by text. Clients can join the waitlist and ask for help choosing services before they book. Hours run Wednesday through Saturday, 11am to 6pm. Free parking for up to three hours is available in the building garage, entered on the west side from Ravenna PL NE beside Mamma Melina Pizzeria. If the front door is locked, visitors use the keypad to call the owner, then walk to Suite 11 down the hall on the first right.

Clients get complimentary high-speed wifi and a lap desk during color services, plus snacks and bottled water. Appointment reminders are sent when booking, 72 hours ahead, and 24 hours ahead. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the service total, and clients who repeatedly miss this window pay the full total when booking. There are no refunds, but clients with concerns about a service are asked to contact the salon so adjustments can be made. Animals are not allowed unless they are service animals, and children must not be left unattended.
