New or returning guests who are unsure what to book can take a 30-minute consultation for $50, which covers hair goals, hair history, a maintenance routine, budget and a plan for the next visit. New clients pay a $40 deposit for it. Extension work follows a different path: a 45-minute Extension Consultation, priced at $60 with a $50 deposit, is required before any extension install. Initial installs are quoted as a package that includes the hair, the haircut and the installation. Maintenance visits and extension removals are booked separately, and K Tip removal starts at $125.

Guests can add a K18 Damage Repair Treatment to any service at booking for $30, which adds roughly 15 minutes. According to the salon, its K18PEPTIDE treatment has been clinically proven to mend harm caused by lightening, dyeing, chemical services and heat. Haircuts for long and short hair cover a consultation, a shampoo and a style. A New Client Haircut costs $100 and is offered to first-time clients and to those returning after a break.

Hours are Tuesday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Wednesday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations, no-shows and changes made within 48 hours of an appointment carry a 40% fee, and a same-day no-show carries a 75% fee. Appointments should be cancelled more than 72 hours ahead. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
