Lash services cover both new sets and fills. Full sets include classic, hybrid, volume, wispy volume, anime, freestyle and wet styles, plus a brown hybrid, volume or wet option. Fills run from one to three weeks, and a fill booked beyond three weeks needs a full set. Clients coming from another lash provider can book a foreign fill. A mini set uses only classic and wet spikes and cannot be filled later. Bottom lashes and colored lashes can be added to a set, and lash removal is offered separately. A Lash Aftercare Kit is sold for home care.

Facials are customized to the client. The 60-minute signature facial and the 90-minute deluxe facial are the longer options, and a 30-minute express glow facial covers cleansing, exfoliation, a sheet mask and light extractions when needed. The facials use professional Korean skincare, Murad and PharmaGéL products.

Brow Enhancement is a brow cleanup with subtle shading. Waxing is offered for the chin, lip, brows, armpits and full face, and the face wax covers brows, upper lip, cheeks, chin and sides.

Booking deposits range from $5 to $40 depending on the service. They are non-refundable but go toward the total, and they can be moved once to a new appointment if rescheduled with proper notice. Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead; a 50% fee applies otherwise, and same-day cancellations are charged 80% of the service. No-shows without notice are charged 80% and must be paid before booking again. There is a 10-minute grace period, and arrivals 15 minutes late may be charged a late fee if the service can still be done. Clients should arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, oil and buildup. Issues within the first 24 to 48 hours after a set are fixed for free when aftercare is followed. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
