The facial menu runs from a classic facial up to a resurfacing facial. The deep decongestion facial includes thorough cleansing, light extractions, facial vacuuming and a finish with customized polishing and boosting serums. The microdermabrasion facial uses a machine to work on skin texture and hyperpigmentation, with a full facial matched to each client's skin needs. The resurfacing facial pairs microdermabrasion with facial vacuuming and suits all skin types.

Lash services include classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume and anime sets, wet sets and foreign fills. Lash fills need at least half of the natural lashes to still be present, otherwise a full set is charged. Clients are asked to wash their lashes daily and arrive with clean lashes and a bare face. Mega volume clients must keep lashes very clean, or the set may be switched to a volume set, and buildup on natural lashes can stop a fill. A lash lift typically lasts five to six weeks. Birthday lash pricing is reduced by the age being turned, with proof of birthday.

Booking requires a credit card to hold a reservation, and most services ask for a deposit, commonly $10 at booking. Payment is cash only. The studio is open Friday from 1:30 to 6 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM. Same-day appointments add $30. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged 50% of the service. No-shows are charged the full price to the card used to book. Arriving 10 minutes late adds a $10 charge, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment with a 50% charge. Late arrivals do not take time from the next guest's appointment. Refunds are not given.
