Extensions begin with a consultation to choose a method, match color and order hair.

The salon also offers a customized facial using Eminence Organics products with plant and flower essences, in 30, 60 or 90 minute versions. Sugaring is offered for most areas of the face and body, and the salon describes it as an all-natural, water-soluble form of hair removal. Keratin complex treatments come in an express blowout and a full treatment priced by hair length. Full set lash extensions include a complete application, with refills and removal also available.

Hours are Tuesday to Thursday from noon to 8 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; the salon is closed Monday and Sunday. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, since late arrival may shorten a treatment. A credit card must be kept on file to hold appointments. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead incurs a charge of half the service price, and no-shows are charged. The provider may waive the fee if the appointment is moved within the same business week. Some stylists take new clients by referral only, and those stylists do not offer online booking at this time.
