Susanne Botticelli owns the salon and also works as a stylist, with 27 years in the industry. Her favorite work includes highlighting, color, women's and men's cuts, and teaching clients how to care for their hair at home. The salon's stylists also take on blonde work, fantasy and vivid color, razor and edgy cuts, and up-dos for special occasions.

Color is a large part of the menu. Foil highlighting comes in three sizes, from a Mini Foil focused on the hairline and part to a Max Foil for full coverage and dimension, with lowlights available as an add-on to the larger foils. Balayage is a hand-painted, freeform highlighting technique that includes toner and is priced from $210, with higher prices for longer hair or added colors. Corrective color starts with a paid consultation and is handled in a multi-step process for major changes, box dye repair, banding and uneven tones.

Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, as full sets that take two hours or more or as two- and three-week fills. A full set is needed when more than half the lashes are missing or more than three weeks have passed since the last set. Human-hair extensions are placed close to the scalp by taping, bonding or hand tying, and the hair must be bought in full at consultation and is non-refundable.

Booking details: walk-ins are accepted. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $25 fee applies to shorter-notice cancellations and no-shows and must be paid before future appointments. Deposits for online bookings are non-refundable. The salon accepts American Express, cash, debit cards, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Free parking, disabled access and WiFi are available, and the salon is listed as kid friendly. It is closed on Sundays, with shorter hours mid-week and on Fridays and Saturdays.
