Extension sets are grouped by fullness, from a classic natural look up to volume. The options are classic and natural, hybrid, medium fullness with light volume, and volume for dramatic fullness. Set length does not change the price, so cost reflects how full the set is. Any style, including cat eye, doll eye or wispy, can be done with a set.

Fills are booked to maintain a set and are recommended every two to three weeks. If fewer than half of the extensions remain, the visit is booked as a full set instead. Clients should arrive with freshly cleaned lashes, and a washing station is available on site. Extensions cannot get wet for 24 hours after application, so showering before the appointment is advised. Removal takes 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the condition of the extensions and how long they have been on. Extensions applied elsewhere must be disclosed before removal.

The business also runs a two-day lash extension course. Students receive a deluxe starter kit, a manual, hands-on training, live model practice and lifetime mentorship. The curriculum covers classic, hybrid and volume styles, isolation, mapping, aftercare, sanitation, retention and product knowledge.
