The studio aims for lashes that look beautiful, last a long time, feel comfortable and stay healthy. Services are tailored to each client's individual needs rather than following one standard method. The salon says attention to detail is one of its strengths and wants every client to leave happy with their lashes.

A first appointment should allow 30 to 60 minutes for consultation paperwork and settling in. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, not to curl their lashes beforehand, and to avoid oil-based removers, moisturizers or sunscreen around the eyes. Caffeine is best avoided before a visit, and clients should remove contact lenses or wear glasses, since their eyes stay closed for a long stretch.
