Each new client begins with a consultation that includes an in-depth look at their natural lashes and a personalized recommendation. Lashes come in a range of lengths, curls and diameters. Several adhesives are kept on hand and chosen for the climate, humidity or sensitivity of the client, and a sensitive glue is available for anyone who has trouble with traditional adhesives.

Full sets take at least an hour. Fill appointments run 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how many lashes are added and which type is used, and professional removal takes no more than 20 minutes. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks. A set left unfilled for more than three weeks is treated as a new set, and classic fill pricing depends on whether two or three weeks have passed since the last visit. A fill needs at least half of each eye covered with extensions.

Clients who had lashes done at another studio can book a fill, but must send a photo of their lashes before the appointment. Aftercare advice includes keeping lashes dry for up to 24 hours, cleaning them with an eyelash foam cleanser every three days, avoiding oil-based products around the eyes, avoiding perms on the lashes, and staying away from saunas, facials and swimming for four to six hours after application. Lash tinting should be done 24 to 48 hours before a fill.
