The studio is a private, appointment-only space on the lower level of 9200 Old Perry Highway in Pittsburgh. Sessions are one-on-one, and the studio says it uses only the highest quality products and devices. Treatment tables are heated and adjustable, and the linens are laundered in fragrance-free, allergy-safe detergents.

The acne offering, Face Reality treatments, runs 30 to 60 minutes and moves through a skin assessment, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and acne-focused products, with optional LED light therapy added on. Chemical peels take 30 to 45 minutes and are customized to each client's skin, while microdermabrasion is a 60-minute non-invasive exfoliation. Custom facials last 45 to 60 minutes and are shaped at the appointment to the skin's needs that day, whether that means acne, signs of aging, dehydration, pigmentation or a general reset. The Advanced Facial bundle is a 60-minute visit that pairs intensive exfoliation with a customized hydrojelly mask.

Revitapen nanoinfusion is the studio's needle-free alternative to microneedling, lasting 60 to 90 minutes with no needles, no numbing and no downtime. It comes in three levels: Standard Renewal, Exosome Boost and The Trifecta. A DELUXE add-on extends the treatment to the full neck and chest for an extra charge.

Bookings are made online through the studio's booking page, and clients complete an intake form before their first appointment. Clients running late should text the studio, since arriving 15 minutes or more late may mean rescheduling and a charge of 100% of the service. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows without notice are charged 100%. A valid card must be kept on file, and frequent cancellations may lead to a denial of service or a non-refundable 100% deposit. Gift certificates can be bought online, are emailed as attachments, are non-refundable and cannot be used for retail purchases. Before treatment, clients stop retinols, AHAs, BHAs and other active ingredients 5 to 7 days ahead and avoid tanning beds or direct sun for 72 hours. After a chemical peel, the face should not be washed for at least 8 hours, and hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms should be avoided for 72 hours afterward.

Treatments are built around each client's skin, and the studio says results and relaxation can come from the same session.
