Memberships are billed monthly at three levels. The entry level includes a 60-minute signature facial each month, 5% off retail and brow and lash services, and gift cards for friends and family each year. The middle level swaps in a 60-minute Luxe Facial and adds sauna passes. The top level includes a 90-minute O+I Facial Ritual, more sauna passes and entry to wellness events.

Spa packages are offered around Father's Day and Mother's Day, along with a longer Mother's Spa Day. Packages combine facials, foot soaks, wraps, massage and sauna time, and some include a welcome tea or sparkling wine. Gift certificates can be bought through the online store.

Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows without notice are charged in full. An unpaid no-show fee must be paid before new appointments can be booked. Class cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50%, and more than two recurring class cancellations require a deposit to hold future spots. Clients are asked to be considerate of others, since some are receiving treatments while others are shopping or relaxing. Retail purchases are final sale unless a product or packaging is defective.
