The spa works on full-body care, bringing together spa services, a weight-loss program and vegan, organic skincare. The weight-loss program, which the business says has been offered for over 30 years, begins with a personalized consultation and focuses on eating clean, local and in-season food. Clients can add one-on-one accountability sessions, held weekly or biweekly in person at the facility. Body contouring options include NeveSkin, which uses controlled cold temperatures, Lipo Laser, and Vacuslim-48, a vacuum-compression treatment with thermo-active ingredients, along with the NeveSlimming, NeveToning and NeveFacial programs.

Wellness services include Fit Belt and vibration sessions, infrared sauna, a Himalayan pink salt room and massage for relaxation and recovery. IV hydration and vitamin therapy are given by a mobile IV infusion nurse at a location the client chooses, such as a home or office in the Pittsburgh area.

Memberships cover many regular services, from monthly facials in Express, Classic and Skintastic formats to waxing, spray tans, massage, sauna and salt room use. The Full Spa Membership combines facials, lash and brow services, waxing, threading and organic spray tans. A credit card is required to hold any appointment, including Groupon bookings, and is charged only if the cancellation policy is not followed. Changes need at least 24 hours notice, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full price. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled, cannot be shared, and can only be ended with 30 days written notice by email. Unused sessions can be gifted or the fee rolled over to another service the next month. All sales are final, though services may be exchanged within the spa for the credited amount.
