Massage options range from Swedish and deep tissue to hot stone, aromatherapy, pregnancy, craniosacral and lymphatic drainage sessions, with focused massage for the back, neck and shoulders. Facials include an express facial, a back facial and a custom European facial, which the salon describes as its most popular. PCA chemical peels are customized to refine skin tone, reduce fine lines and improve sun-damaged skin.

Nail services cover manicures and pedicures, polish, gel lacquer and Gel-X extensions, with a detox pedicure that uses a charcoal-infused foot soak and a peppermint and seaweed leg wrap in the peppermint pedicure. Lash services include tinting, lifts, fills at two, three or four weeks, and full sets. Waxing is performed by licensed technicians, and the salon notes that hair should be about a quarter inch long and no more than three quarters of an inch for effective results. Waxing is not offered to clients currently taking Accutane, Retin A or certain antibiotics.

Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early. A credit card is required to book, and changes need 24 hours notice by phone or voicemail after hours. Appointments cancelled 24 hours ahead are not charged, same-day cancellations are charged half the scheduled price, and missed appointments are charged the full price. Late arrivals may have their service shortened without a reduced charge.

Gift cards are sold online through Vagaro, or in person or by phone with mailing available. They do not expire and are not refundable, and they can be used for spa services and merchandise but not for gratuity. The salon also runs a spa loyalty program and notes that prices can change without notice.
