The menu centers on lash extensions. Classic sets attach one extension to one natural lash for a natural, mascara-like look. Hybrid sets mix classic lashes with volume fans, and volume sets place a hand-made fan on each natural lash. Mega volume uses larger fans for a denser, more dramatic result. Fills are offered in full, mini and outside versions, and an outside fill covers another lash artist's or salon's work. Colored lash add-ons and lash removal are also available. Returning clients can book a shorter full set at a lower price, and there is a seasonal full set special.

Brow and lash services include brow lamination with or without tint, brow or lash tinting, lash lift and tint, and a bundle that combines brow lamination with a lash lift and tint. Facials include a deluxe option with softening and extraction, facial massage, a full-face mask and an SPF finish. Facial waxing and spray tans are also offered. The studio holds classic and volume lash training classes that include theory, hands-on practice and a full lash kit; these require a non-refundable deposit. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face, without lotion or moisturizer, and to avoid coffee right before the appointment. Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, and late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be asked to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings within a set range and must be approved before the appointment. Gift cards are final sale.

The studio aims to make each visit comfortable and to leave clients looking their best, with a personal approach to each appointment.
