The menu covers coloring, cutting, styling, braiding, natural hair silk wraps and makeup. Makeup for bridal, prom and everyday looks can be added to other services. Braid appointments run from about an hour for feed-in braids to about four and a half hours for medium knotless box braids. Silk press styles for natural hair start at $60 and may cost more for longer or thicker hair. All-over color starts at $100, with longer hair and extra color costing more.

Booking a braid style means putting down a 20% deposit, sent by Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, the booking may be shifted to a different time; cancelling within 24 hours incurs an administration fee. Arriving late without having told the salon may cut the appointment short, so the full booked time might not be available to you.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 5am to 2pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
