The menu is broad. It covers many braiding styles, including knotless braids, box braids, stitch braids, Fulani braids, micro braids and kid braids, plus twists, Senegalese twists, sew-ins, clip-ins, tape-ins and crochet installs. Locs are a major part of the list too: starter locs, retwists, loc maintenance, invisible locs, butterfly and bohemian locs, custom locs made to order, microlocs, and cutting and reattaching locs. Color services range from temporary rinses and color bundles to a color fix that strips existing color and corrects it. Silk presses, rod and roller sets, perm rod sets, ponytails, wig installs and men's braids are offered as well.

A first visit can start with a consultation, a 25-minute meeting to talk through concerns and special requests. Some services require a deposit, usually between $25 and $300, with a few listed at $500 or more. Custom locs require a $700 deposit, wigs require $300, microlocs require $500, and a full head reattachment of locs requires $150. New clients booking a medium loc start pay a $25 deposit, and braid and faux loc takedowns each require $25. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, and a 30% fee applies to no-shows and late cancellations.

Booking is online through the GlossGenius booking page, and packages are paid in advance and applied automatically at checkout when booked through the services page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000 after approval before the appointment. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, and Sunday 2 PM to 6 PM. The studio is closed on Mondays and Saturdays.

Each service is aimed at enhancing the client's look while keeping hair strong and healthy, with a consultation available before any service starts.
