Manicures run from a classic service with soak, shaping and polish up to a deluxe version with an aromatic soak, sugar scrub, hydrating mask and a paraffin or collagen wrap. Pedicures include a jelly option, a spa version with scrub and collagen wrap, an organic version with a bamboo charcoal treatment, and a hot stone pedicure. The pedicure chairs offer several massage levels, adjustable water temperature, reflexology and a widescreen TV.

Nail enhancements include acrylic in regular or gel color, dipping powder, Gel X and ombre, with refills and full sets available. Children have their own manicures and pedicures and can add gel color. Eyelash extensions come in strip, individual and Xtreme styles, and Xtreme lashes can be refilled every three weeks.

The salon says all services are performed by licensed technicians under hygienic conditions. Its stated mission is to give each guest a memorable visit while operating with integrity and deep knowledge of the trade, and it says it aims to set a high standard for environmental responsibility in nail spas.

Service corrections follow a clear policy. If a client is unhappy, nail adjustments or removal of enhancements or coatings are made before payment, and corrections for dissatisfaction are made within three days at no charge. Gel manicures and enhancements are guaranteed for five business days, excluding breakages, and repairs after that period are $5 and up each. Traditional polish is not guaranteed, but fixes are offered if called in within 24 to 48 hours, and fix requests go by phone rather than email. Scheduled appointments have a 15-minute grace period, and clients more than 15 minutes late may be refused partial or full service. No refunds are given once a client has left the salon.
