A classic manicure is listed at $30 for about 30 minutes, a gel manicure at $45 for 45 minutes without removal, and a classic pedicure at $49 for 45 minutes. Body and face hair removal is done by waxing, with areas from lip and brow to full back, full legs and full face. Body waxing uses a premium hard wax applied in a strip-free method. Facials range from a mini facial to a deluxe hydra facial, a blue LED acne facial that follows cleansing, extractions and exfoliation, an oxygen facial and an anti-aging lymphatic drainage facial, with add-ons such as LED light therapy, dermaplaning and collagen eye masks. Three-session facial packages are also sold. The Fresh Zen, Bloom Zen and Glow Zen head spa rituals each include a scalp consultation, scalp massage, cleansing shampoo, a treatment mask and a blow-dry finish, with the longest ritual adding a mini facial.

Appointments are strongly recommended, and a 30% deposit secures a booking. Changes need at least 24 hours of notice or the deposit is forfeited, and last-minute cancellations are charged 100% of the service. One reschedule within a month of the original date is allowed, with the deposit moved over. Guests more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook and may be charged a cancellation fee. Service sales are final and non-refundable, but concerns can be raised within 48 hours for adjustments. Regular polish is guaranteed against chipping for 2 days, and gel, Gel-X and builder gel are guaranteed for 5 days against chipping, lifting or breakage. Lash extensions carry a 72-hour guarantee against unusual shedding. Consent forms are required for lash and spa treatments, and clients should disclose allergies or medical conditions beforehand. Children must stay supervised, and service animals are welcome. Major credit and debit cards, cash and digital payments are accepted, and gift cards can be used across nails, lashes, brows, facials, waxing and head spa services. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
