Most locations combine a spa and a salon under one address. The Mount Pleasant location was the business's second, with expanded treatment rooms and an added salon. The Columbia location was modeled on the Charleston flagship, and the Greenville location at Shops at Greenridge is the largest, with a retail boutique. The West Ashley Salon sits two doors down from West Ashley Spa and has plenty of parking, and the North Charleston location is described by the business as having the easiest parking of any of its addresses.

Body rituals range from a 30-minute scrub to a two-hour session that begins with dry brushing in ginger lemongrass oil and continues with a 90-minute massage. The massage menu includes named sessions from 30 to 90 minutes, from an aromatherapy add-on and a scalp-focused bed head treatment to a 90-minute full-body session with heat therapy and foot attention. Facials run from a 15-minute high-frequency treatment for blemishes to 75-minute HydraFacial and enzyme or multi-step options. Cocoa Shea Butter and Lime Coconut scrubs are not available at the Kiawah locations.

Booking online is the quickest route; other requests go by call or text to the nearest location or through the salon's contact form. Couples massages cannot be booked online and must be arranged by calling the nearest spa. Cancellations and changes need 24 hours' notice, and the first late cancellation is excused. Later late cancellations may be charged 50 percent of the service if the slot cannot be refilled, and no-shows without notice are charged the full reserved fee. Sessions end at the scheduled time, so late arrivals may have their treatment shortened or moved. Gift cards carry no expiration date and work at any location, and loyalty points are earned at one point per dollar and redeemed in $20 increments without an app.

The business presents massage as its foundation and aims for clients to feel good, look good and return regularly, with most coming back every four to eight weeks. It says its therapists and stylists train quarterly and often have a decade or more with the business.
