Head spa packages are a major part of the menu. Options include single-person treatments, two-person sessions such as the Classic Duo and Duo Lite Purity Duo, and the BFF Headspa for two friends, which takes about two and a half hours and includes catered food. Families can book the Mommy & Me Headspa for a parent and a child 16 and under, with free clip-in hair extensions for the child to take home. There are also sessions for teens ages 12 to 17, a Senior Serenity option for clients 65 and over, and treatments for specific scalp concerns such as oily roots, dandruff, damaged hair and thinning. The Ultimate Headspa, a two-hour treatment, includes a scalp analysis, aromatherapy with botanical organic products, steam, red light therapy and a blowout.

Hair services cover women's, men's and kids' cuts, blowouts and updos, plus highlights, balayage, all-over color, toners and color correction. Color correction is booked with a recommended consultation and about three hours of salon time. Hair treatments include perms, a Kertain Treatment and protein and deep conditioning add-ons. On the nail side, the menu includes gel manicures, Gel X full sets, fill-ins, soak-offs and tiered nail art. Waxing covers the face, brows, lip, underarms, arms, legs, chest, back and bikini line. Facials include classic, deep cleansing, express and hydrating anti-aging options, with extractions, extended massage and sheet masks available as add-ons.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change. Changes made later than that are charged the full price of the service.
