It operates as a hybrid: some artists are direct team members, while others rent space and run their own businesses. All tanning and esthetics services are performed by direct artists, and about half of the hair artists are direct. Independent artists are labeled on the Artists page and on the Vagaro staff pages.

The founder and lead artist, Brandi, has more than 20 years of airbrush spray tanning experience, according to the studio, and the studio says she was the first in Greenville to introduce airbrush spray tanning. Tans are grouped into tiers: Apprentice, Artist and Browning with Brandi. Artists complete the studio's apprenticeship program before performing spray tans, and apprentices train in skin theory and hands-on airbrushing with Brandi. Tan colors are mixed to suit each client's skin tone and the season. Airbrush tans can include custom-mixed solution, body contouring, finishing powder and disposable hair nets and underwear, and tan line blending is available. The studio works with four labs and more than 10 solutions, which it says are Ecocert certified and made with natural ingredients. Appointments typically take about 20 minutes, and clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early and plan about 30 minutes in total for check-in and check-out.

Hair services cover color, blonding, extensions, cuts, blowouts and treatments. Pricing for hair depends on the artist's experience, so an exact quote usually requires a consultation, and a $30 color consultation is available on its own. Every color service includes a blowout. Consultations are required before global blonding, creative color, color correction and extension installs. The studio says its traditional hand-tied bead method is braid-free, adhesive-free and chemical-free, and that it can use fewer attachment points to reduce tension.

Brow services include trimming, tweezing, waxing, tinting, a combined wax and tint, and brow lamination, which covers mapping, shaping, lamination, tint and an aftercare kit. Lash lifts are custom: the esthetician selects from Korean, Traditional, Freestyle and Adhesive-Free techniques. A complimentary patch test is available at least 24 hours before a lash lift. Skin services include tailored facials with Image Skincare products, dermaplaning, and a brightening peel the studio describes as suited to discoloration, dullness, uneven tone and post-breakout marks. Makeup ranges from a simple eyes-and-lashes look to natural, glam and stage makeup for everyday wear, photo shoots, proms, galas and parties.

Both studios have connected parking lots. Clients can book by phone or text at (864) 608-9292, or online 24/7 through the Vagaro app or vagaro.com. Silent appointments are offered if requested when booking online or with the studio coordinator. Gift cards are sold through Vagaro or in person at either studio, and teachers, military members and police officers receive 10% off with proof of occupation.

Tanning colors are mixed to suit each client's skin tone and season. The studio pairs in-house team members with independent artists who set their own schedules, and some offer times before 9am or after 6pm.
