New guests receive extra time on their first visit for a consultation, a personalized plan and customized service. Every color service includes a haircut, blow dry and style, and final pricing can shift with the stylist, the products used and the time needed. Grey transformations take roughly six to ten hours, usually across one or two sessions, and are kept up with a toner every six to eight weeks. Vivid and corrective color each begin with a free color consultation and can run four to ten hours. All over color changes the overall shade but does not lighten hair beyond its current level, so lightening is booked as a separate service such as highlights or balayage.

Extension services begin with a free 30-minute consultation to plan the method, color match and pricing. The salon offers custom hand-tied weft extensions with low-profile rows for added length and fullness, and custom Pearl Bond K-tips that can be worn alone or combined with wefts. An extension deposit holds the hair and install appointment and is non-refundable, with the balance due on install day. Installation covers placement, blending, shaping, styling, a maintenance lesson and a custom care package. Keratin bonds are recommended to be replaced every three to four months, and sulfate-free, paraben-free shampoo is advised.

Treatments can be added to a cut or color or booked on their own. Options include deep conditioning, K18, a QOAT haircolor topcoat, Cezanne keratin smoothing (classic or express), Saphira mineral frizz treatment and Qiqi keratin smoothing. Waxing covers brows, lips and chin, and brow tinting is also offered.

Booking requires a credit card on file. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the reserved service price, and a no-call, no-show is charged the same. New guests pay a 50% deposit for color appointments, with the rest due at the visit. Adjustments to a cut or color must be requested within one week of the service, and services are not refunded. The salon may decline bookings after repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
