The business runs spa and salon sites in West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, North Charleston, Johns Island, Columbia and Greenville. Some sites pair a spa with a salon, while the West Ashley and Johns Island locations also include stand-alone salons. The Columbia location has color services at the front and eight treatment rooms behind them. The Mount Pleasant location has seven treatment rooms and a lounge. Hours differ by location, so it is worth checking the one you plan to visit.

Massage is the core of the business. Services range from short Aroma Therapy and scalp treatments to 90-minute full-body sessions. Signature massages include couples, integrated and prenatal options, plus Master Massage and Hot Stone Massage. Prenatal sessions use bolsters and tables that let expectant mothers lie face down in any trimester. Couples massages are side by side in a couples room and must be booked by calling the nearest spa rather than online.

Skin services run from a 15-minute Zit Zap and 30-minute Dermaplane to 75-minute facials and HydraFacial treatments, with optional add-ons such as LED light therapy and mask or peel selections. Estheticians choose the mask and peel add-ons for each client. LED light therapy is not offered to clients with epilepsy, who are pregnant or breastfeeding, who are sensitive to light or photosensitizing medication, who have had recent Botox, fillers or injections, who use topical steroids, who have thyroid conditions or who have open facial wounds. The Cocoa Shea Butter Scrub and Lime Coconut Scrub are not offered at the Kiawah or Summerville spa locations.

Salon services cover single-process color, balayage, full and partial highlights, root touch-ups, precision haircuts and blowouts, plus Davines gloss and treatment options. Special Occasion Style is a dry style for formal events, so clients should arrive with dry hair; shampoo is not included. Online booking is the quickest way to reserve. Questions, gift cards and group bookings go through calling or texting the nearest location, or by writing to the business, which says it answers written inquiries the same day. Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours notice. One late cancellation is free of penalty, while further late cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service if the time cannot be filled. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service fee. Sessions end at the scheduled time, so a late arrival may get a shorter treatment or a rescheduled one.

Massage is the foundation of the business, with estheticians and stylists also part of the offering. The business says its therapists and stylists are trained quarterly, and that they are never double-booked or rushed between appointments.
